Don Kieffer
Don was Vice President of Operational Excellence at Harley-Davidson. He has been consulting around the world and has taught at business schools in Moscow, Copenhagen, Luxembourg, and Zagreb. He is a Senior Lecturer at MIT, where he runs a two-day Executive Education course and teaches in the Executive MBA program.
Nelson Repenning
Throughout his career, Nelson has focused on understanding the factors that contribute to the successful implementation, execution, and improvement of business processes. His award-winning research has been recognized by the California Management Review and the Journal of Product Innovation Management. He also received the Jay W Forrester prize for the best work in the field.
Mark Schwiebert
Before joining ShiftGear, Mark spent 27 years working for BP in various roles in the US and Europe, ultimately serving as the Head of Procurement for North America Fuels. Mark holds a degree in Procurement and Operations Management. As a Partner with SG, he has been able to bring his experience to large, global, multinational corporations, medium-sized businesses, and small privately-owned businesses in the US, Europe, and Asia.
Sheila Dodge
Sheila is both a Partner at ShiftGear and the Director of Operations and Development for the Genomics Platform at the Broad Institute in Cambridge, MA. She directs a team of over 150 scientists, engineers, and laboratory technicians who develop and run DNA sequencing production processes. Sheila is Six Sigma, Black Belt certified and works across many boundaries between the science, technology, process development, and operations.
