Before joining ShiftGear, Mark Schwiebert spent 27 years working for BP in various roles in the US and Europe, ultimately serving as the Head of Procurement for North America Fuels.
Mark holds a degree in Procurement and Operations Management. As a Partner with SG, he has been able to bring his experience to large, global, multinational corporations, medium-sized businesses, and small privately-owned businesses in the US, Europe, and Asia.
He is known for his collaborative style, ability to bring calm to chaos, and his effectiveness in aligning diverse cross-functional teams toward a common goal.
