How to engage employees in improvement throughout the factory, the office, technical and leadership areas using the latest methods of Dynamic Work Design.
Toyota Engineering’s proposed new lab at Tec de Monterrey where your employees can be certified in TPS. This is the only location outside of Japan where the people who created TPS teach.

Don Kieffer is a former executive of Harley-Davidson. He led the development of the Twin Cam 88 engine and later ran the engine and transmission factory and Continuous Improvement for the company. He is founder of ShiftGear Work Design and is a Senior Lecturer at MIT Sloan School of Management.
Toshio Horikiri designed nearly 20 auto assembly plants for Toyota and is the founder of Toyota Engineering Company, CEO of Toyota Management Institute Corporation and President of TPS Certification Institute.
